Partner Terms

Commission, discount, cookie, payout, disclosure, prohibited-traffic, and claims rules for approved Chess Robot Shop partners.

These Partner Terms apply to approved Chess Robot Shop creators, affiliates, coupon partners, deal partners, reviewers, educators, and promotional partners.

Chess Robot Shop may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the partner program means you accept the latest terms.

1. Program Structure

Creator / KOL Partner Program

  • Commission: 8% of approved referred sales
  • Buyer discount: 8% where an eligible discount is active
  • Cookie window: 30 days
  • Intended partners: YouTube creators, TikTok creators, chess educators, robotics creators, tech reviewers, STEM educators, and similar content partners

Coupon / Deal Partner Program

  • Commission: 5% of approved referred sales
  • Buyer discount: 8% where an eligible discount is active
  • Cookie window: 30 days
  • Intended partners: coupon sites, deal sites, discount communities, cashback/deal discovery sites, and price-shopping communities

Applications are manually reviewed. Chess Robot Shop may approve, reject, move, suspend, or remove partners at its discretion.

2. Approved Sales

Commission applies only to approved referred sales generated through an assigned tracking link or assigned coupon code.

Commission is calculated excluding:

  • product tax
  • shipping
  • shipping tax
  • tips
  • refunded orders
  • cancelled orders
  • fraudulent orders
  • duplicate orders
  • self-referrals
  • ineligible orders
  • orders that violate these terms

Chess Robot Shop may reverse, adjust, or hold commission for refunds, cancellations, fraud review, chargebacks, abuse, suspected self-referral, or tracking disputes.

3. Discount Rules

Eligible buyers may receive an 8% discount when using an approved partner link or coupon. Discounts may not stack with other discounts, free-shipping offers, seasonal promotions, or special campaigns unless Chess Robot Shop explicitly allows stacking.

Partners may not advertise fake, expired, leaked, or unauthorized coupons.

4. Payment

Payments are made through PayPal unless Chess Robot Shop later approves another method. Partner is responsible for providing accurate payout information and any required tax or compliance information.

Chess Robot Shop may define a minimum payout threshold and payout schedule in the affiliate platform or partner dashboard.

5. Disclosure Requirements

Partners must clearly disclose affiliate, sponsorship, gifted-product, discount, commission, or other material relationships in their content.

Disclosures must be easy to notice and understand. They should appear close to the endorsement, link, coupon, video description, social post, livestream, or review content.

Examples include "Affiliate link", "I may earn a commission", "Sponsored by Chess Robot Shop", or "Product provided for review".

Partners must follow applicable advertising, consumer protection, platform, and endorsement rules, including rules that apply to audiences in the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, and other target markets.

6. Prohibited Activities

Partners may not:

  • bid on Chess Robot Shop, ChessRobotShop, Cynus, Manya, ManyaSpace, or confusingly similar brand terms without written approval
  • use misleading coupons, fake discounts, fake scarcity, or false claims
  • claim to be the manufacturer, official Manya account, or official Cynus account unless authorized in writing
  • misrepresent product capabilities, shipping times, warranty, return rights, app availability, or third-party compatibility
  • use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, unauthorized browser extensions, toolbars, malware, adware, or deceptive tracking
  • send spam or unsolicited messages
  • use adult, hateful, violent, illegal, infringing, or deceptive content to promote the product
  • impersonate Chess Robot Shop, Manya, Cynus, or any third party
  • create fake reviews, fake testimonials, or undisclosed paid reviews
  • self-refer purchases or coordinate purchases primarily to earn commission
  • leak private codes or use codes assigned to another partner

7. Content and Claims

Partners must make honest content based on their real experience or clearly sourced information.

Partners may not make product claims that Chess Robot Shop itself could not legally make. Compatibility claims involving third-party tools, Chess.com, Lichess, drivers, browser extensions, or scripts must be presented as third-party or experimental unless officially confirmed.

Partners should direct buyers to the official product page, Docs & Apps page, and policy pages for product, setup, shipping, return, and warranty information.

8. Termination

Chess Robot Shop may suspend or terminate a partner account for policy violations, fraud risk, misleading promotion, brand-safety risk, inactivity, or business reasons.

Unpaid commission connected to prohibited activity, fraud, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, self-referrals, or ineligible traffic may be cancelled.

9. Contact

Chess Robot Shop is an independent reseller website for Cynus portable AI chess robot products. Manya and Cynus are trademarks of their respective owners.
